1:1 Training

  • Personalized

    All training is completely personalized. Every client has different goals, and may be at a different level of experience. With the expertise of your trainer, he/she will create a program that will be effective, enjoyable, and one that allows you to make progress despite what level you are at!

  • in-session

    Most training sessions last 40-60 minutes. Depending on your time availability, and needs this can vary.

  • Assessment

    All consultations and assessments are free! This gives you an opportunity to meet the trainer, and decide whether or not he/she would be a good fit for you! During your assessment, your potential trainer might suggest what program sounds like it would be best for your current level, and goals.

Group Training

Group training can be done with a friend, spouse, or a friend or two! This is not quite as personalized as 1:1 training, but can be a more affordable, fun, and comfortable way for you to begin your fitness journey.

5 sessions- $175
10 sessions- $315
20 sessions- $560

All training packages are purchased up front, prior to session start. Initial assessment is not counted as a session.

training policies:

We reserve the right to use a sessions for a late cancellation. If you must cancel a session, we ask that you please do so within 24 hrs. of your session. Missed or “no-show” sessions also result in the loss of a session.

Training packages must be used within a timely manner.
5 sessions- 6 weeks
10 sessions- 8 weeks
20 sessions- 12 weeks

Trainers reserve to right to terminate training if there are persistent cancellations or no show appointments, with no refund.
