Hi, I’m kelly daukontas

My husband and I are the owners of Live Well Fitness Health & Wellness Center! I work as a PN1 Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and group fitness creator/instructor.
I am a wife, and mother of two.
I started Live Well Fitness in 2019 out of my one-stall garage. Although the space was small, the impact was BIG. I started personal training sessions, and group fitness in that space. After evolving and growing, I knew it was time to expand Live Well to a larger, more permanent location.
I love empowering women in particular and coaching them to be the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. My training style is centered around resistance training and getting my clients comfortable with weights, proper movement, and form.
I have a passion for cooking and helping my clients understand nutrition in a way that is productive to their goals, and supports their overall health.
I have done several fitness/nutrition talks at local schools, and have given nutrition seminars for the public.
My husband and I created the Live Well Community Wellness Program, which is a non-profit program that raises money to help kids stay in sports. Our annual “Greenway Trail 5K” in Dolgeville, NY helps to provide new cleats, and other various sports gear to local kids.
